In 2003, as a result of our traditional New Years Resolution I joined Krav MagaTM. In January 2004 I participated in the 16 week A.L.E.E.T.TM program, getting my measurements and weight on paper....The entire Krav MagaTM staff was professional and genuinely cared about my well being....I am eternally grateful for the respect, dignity and individualized instruction they provide....Thank you to the entire Krav MagaTM staff for their care, support and concern throughout my journey. I appreciate the kindness and encouragement that all of my workout buddies at Krav MagaTM have extended to me. I couldn't do this without all your help.
