In 2003, as a result of our traditional New Years Resolution I joined Krav MagaTM. In January 2004 I participated in the 16 week A.L.E.E.T.TM program, getting my measurements and weight on paper. I didn't look at them, I was too ashamed, but desperate to change myself.
