DVANCED LEVEL EXPLOSIVE ENDURANCE TRAINING)

Come experience the most advanced strength and explosive plyometrics training system available today! Developed to improve all sports’ professional athletics, this training will continually challenge and kick your a**! Every class is different, with your body weight, medicine balls, dumbbells, kettle bells, body blades, resist balls, and core boards to constantly challenge balance, improve strength, and increase your explosiveness. They are a must for fighting and self-defense. Classes are taught in a group format with high energy and personal instruction.

A.L.E.E.T. 24® Burn
Fast-paced, calorie-burning, intense strength training, and endurance blast class. This class is designed to get an intense workout in a short time (40 minutes). Students should be familiar with our introductory A.L.E.E.T.® class before participating.

CORE BOARD
Core training is designed to train your “core” body to fire first, along with strength training and endurance. Utilizing the Reebok Core Board, this class is designed to improve balance and core muscles, essential for fighting and self-defense.

HEAVY BAG
Say goodbye to that typical gym aerobic class and come to our heavy bag workout. The course is designed to be an overall body conditioning workout using an arsenal of punching and kicking combatives. It’s a killer workout!

FIGHT BASICS
This class gives students all the fundamentals of a fight so that the transition to Tactical Black® is easier. It is not mandatory to be a Tactical Black® member to participate; however, ALL fight gear is required (headgear, shin guards, gloves & mouth guard).

Thanks to you and your entire staff, nine months later I now weigh 195 pounds. I am no longer on any medication, my blood sugar and cholesterol are low, my blood pressure is normal, and my resting heart rate is 61 BPM.

I now follow your diet recommendations, which means I eat right, I do not starve myself and I feel great.

Unlike going to the gym, every time I get in my truck to come to class I get excited, and I can’t wait to start.
