Our ground fighting system is a mix of ground & pound & Bas RuttenTM MMA System. Bas is an undefeated UFC Heavy Weight Champion and undefeated king of Pancrase. With these two systems combined we will teach all aspects of sport and street making you the most prepared fighter to deal with striles, submissions and any other situation on the ground.
